The Table -

Welcome to a room where you don’t have to perform.

Is this you?

The Table is for the burned out, overlooked creatives and leaders who are ready to reconnect with their identity and calling.

What to Expect

The Table is an intimate, 90-day cohort for creatives and leaders ready to do the real, hard, and meaningful work.

This is not a course or a program you consume alone. This is a guided journey through the hard stuff, designed to be done alongside a small group of people who are in it with you. We begin together in person at a retreat, then gather online every week for the 90 days. Small enough that you can't hide. Safe enough that you won't want to.

The Table is built on four movements: Renew, Reorient, Reinvigorate, Reconnect, each one taking you deeper into who you are and further out toward the life you were made for.

renew

Learn how to build a rhythm of rest and reconnect with your identity and wiring.

reinvigorate

Reconnect with what actually gives you life. Develop a personal restoration practice that keeps you full instead of running on empty.

reorient

Identify where misalignment is costing you the most. Begin building new rhythms across every arena of your life.

reconnect

Experience real belonging. Leave with a community that doesn't end when the 90 days do.

Modern house with outdoor patio, seating area with white cushions, surrounded by purple shrubs and desert plants, set against a hill and mountain background.

Arrive & Meet

As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here.

A Letter From Freddy

I've been where you are.

I know what it's like to be the person everyone counts on while privately wondering if any of it still means something. I know the loneliness of being talented and invisible at the same time. I know what it costs to keep performing when the well is dry.

I also know there's a way back.

The Table exists because I needed it and it didn't exist. The framework, the rhythms, the shape of the experience — all of it comes from my own journey out of that place. I'm not teaching from a distance. I'm sitting across from you, because I've sat where you're sitting.

I built this to be the kind of space I wish someone had made for me. Small. Honest. Safe enough to be real in.

If that resonates — I'd love for you to be at the table.
